I have recently taken delivery of my new car from NVS, its the third car that I have leased through NVS which says it all really. Simon and Lynn have always dealt with my enquiries and requests in an efficient and professional manner. There has been a long delay this time with my new vehicle due to the well documented chip shortage, however communication from NVS has been excellent with regular updates keeping me informed at every stage. Not only is the service excellent I also had a great deal and I would 100% recommend NVS to anybody looking to lease a new vehicle, I'll certainly be back for my next car.

Hi just leased Renault Megane e-Tech through NVS.

Lynn eased the path and helped deal with a cumbersome and frustrating Renault Dealer electronic Contract. Facial recognition and electronic signatures may be the way to go but for 80% of the population it is a minefield. I was glad Lynn was there to buffer my response to the dealer.

So all in all no issues with NVS at all. Just wish some companies could realise the leap in computer/IT/App skills the general public need to achieve just sign a lease contract!!

I was in the market for a new car and came across NVS via Google. I initially submitted a quote request an evening in January and had a reply the following morning with a price plan. I found a deal for a pipeline car which was due for late March/April.

I had subsequently spoken to Simon to answer some of my concerns, for which he did his best to shed light on the current situation with the chip supply shortage.

I placed the order mid January after paying the admin fee and soon after was contacted by Lynn. Lynn answered all my questions in a very timely and professional manner throughout the entire order process.

Unfortunately, the vehicle factories do not always update dealerships and at times, cars were delivered to a dealership without prior notice. My car was delivered at the beginning of May and this was purely down to the chip supply shortage. I was in fact one of the lucky ones as many others had been waiting 12+ months for the equivalent car.

Simon and Lynn were professional throughout the entire process and I recommended NVS! I look forward to ordering again in the future. Thanks.
