Once You Have the Car

You've got it - what next ?

On your key ring:

You’ll be given one key with a key ring attached. This has all the details of the car you are driving, including the mileage limit (how many miles the car can’t go over). Keep this in mind and if you think you’ll go over this, give us a call and we can swap you into another car. The number for your breakdown provider is also on the key ring. If you break down, give that number a call.

Car care:

Please look after the car while you have it and do not smoke in the
vehicle. Servicing is included in your lease, so if you car needs a service give us a call on 03300 372101 and we will get the vehicle booked in somewhere local to you.*for more information on your car care, please see the FAQs.

Mileage:

Keep your mileage updated by giving us a call or submitting your update via our app (you get rewards for being active on the app).

Accidents:

If you have had an accident in the vehicle, please get in touch with your insurance provider first and then give us a call to let us know what is happening. Our fleet maintenance team can advise on any further action from there. If you have taken insurance through us, you’ll need to get in touch with McClarrons direct: 01653697055
