If your car needs a service you can call the bookings number on 03300 372101 and the team will get the service booked in somewhere local to your.
Alternatively, you can get this booked in with your local Halfords by calling 03301 359779 - Option 2. They will ask for our account number which is 3178.
Please make sure that the company doing the service is aware that the vehicle is a fleet vehicle and that the service needs to be charged to our account (Autohorn Fleet Services Ltd)
General wear of tyres is included in your lease. However, puncture of tyres is classed as damaged and will need to be repaired by a specialist or the tyre will need to be replaced. You can choose to pay for this yourself or claim on the insurance.
On the agreement, you will see it is valid for 89 days. This is so any customers having the vehicles for longer than 28 days, won’t need to resign every 28 days, but instead only every 89 days. However, if you are taking the car for less time you aren’t obligated to take the vehicle for 89 days. This is explained in the terms and conditions section.
When you receive the vehicle, it will be handed over to you by either out fleet maintenance team (if you are collecting from us) or the delivery driver.
If there is any damage to the vehicle (including scratches and tyre wear) they will make you aware of it and it will be recorded on the VCR (vehicle condition report). This is so you don’t pay for the damage when you return it. If there is any additional damage
that wasn’t listed that you notice after you have taken the vehicle, please let us know as soon as possible.
The amount of fuel in the vehicle and its mileage will also be recorded on the document and we ask that you return the car with the same amount of fuel in as it was given to you with.
