First time I have used NVS. I have to say the service was excellent particularly Lynn and Simon who always responded quickly to questions with advice in a professional and polite manner.
The vehicle (VW Tiguan) was somewhat delayed due to circumstances beyond anyones. Control ie Pandemic restrictions and a worldwide shortage of Micro chips. During this time I was kept fully up to date.
The vehicle has now arrived in perfect condition and l could not be more pleased.
I would not hesitate to recommend NVS to anyone seeking a contract hire vehicle.
