Two people in this company - Lynn and Sarah, really could not have asked for two better people with in the company to direct me through the leasing process. I dealt with Sarah 5 years ago with my first lease vehicle and was so happy to deal with her again when getting my new family vehicle. Both Sarah and Lynn were honest, helpful and genuinely nice in every aspect of ordering my lease, especially with paper work, which I got stuck on all the time. All in all, did I get a good deal on the car? - yes Did Sarah and lynn help me through every process? - more than I could have asked for Did the car arrive on time? - exactly when they said it would arrive Is the car exactly what was described? Exactly to description Now that I have received the vehicle have they forgotten me? No they called me the next day to confirm I am happy and satisfied Will I be leasing from National Vehicle Solution again? I would never go any where else.THANK YOU GUYS, YOU ARE THE BEST!

Cannot recommend NVS enough - especially Lynn. We had a few issues with our car nothing to do with NVS but it was a longer time than expected along with another couple of issues and Lynn could not help us enough. Constantly trying to get things sorted for us and we are really grateful for that. Our previous 3 cars have been through NVS and the next will be also. Such a smooth process, quick response and very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
