Venus Vehicle Solutions Limited T/a National Vehicle Solutions is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN: 714995 We act as a credit broker not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders who may be able to offer you finance facilities for your purchase. We will only introduce you to these lenders. We may receive a commission payment from the finance or hire provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.  The nature of this commission is as follows: We receive a volume bonus if the number of sales we achieve reaches a specific target. We receive either a fixed fee per finance agreement entered, or we receive a commission based on a percentage of the total amount of finance taken by the customer. You can request for us to disclose the amount of any commission received. The commission received does affect the amount you will pay under your finance agreement.

You may be able to obtain finance for your purchase from other lenders and you are encouraged to seek alternative quotations. If you would like to know how we handle complaints, please ask for a copy of our complaints handling process. The Financial Conduct Authority is the independent regulator of financial services. The Financial Conduct Authority requires us to provide you with a document called an 'Initial Disclosure Document'. This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us, what to do if you have a complaint and details about the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

What services do we provide?

We offer a non-advised level of service. None of our team are authorised to provide advice or recommendation. We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements or general information relating to finance products. In order to assess your situation, we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information. You will not receive advice, or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to narrow down the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your own choice if you so wish.

Whose vehicle leasing products do we offer?

We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders who may be able to offer you credit facilities for your purchase. We will only introduce you to these lenders. If you would like to know more details about the lenders that we work with, including their leasing products, then please get in touch with us and we will assist.

Do we charge for our services?

If you decide to order with us, you will receive a formal quotation that will be accompanied by our information notice. This document will clearly detail any fees that are applicable and payable to us

Commission Disclosure

The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The payment of commission to the firm by the funder can affect the amount payable by the customer under the agreement. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.

About your personal data

Sharing information, As we arrange finance with the lender, your personal information relating to your application will only be disclosed to companies that require the information and have good reason to know in connection with this vehicle finance application. This may include any joint applicant, any person consenting to the credit search, the signatory of the company (if this is a business application), the selected finance company, the selected supplying dealership or any third party who we must give the information to (such as fraud prevention agencies via the finance company).

Fraud Prevention Agencies

To prevent and detect fraud, the information provided in this application will be shared with fraud prevention agencies. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, or suspected details will be recorded with these agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering.
