This is our second vehicle through NVS. Simon took the time to talk through pros/cons of extending our current vehicle vs ordering new. The audi A4 that we were looking at had some stock available, however simon was able to source a model that included the tech pack for similar price which was a great addition.

Although the dealership with a bit slow with the paperwork, Lynn kept us informed all the way through.

As our first Lease Car we had loads of questions about the process. We also had some worries about what it would mean if Brexit would affect us. No matter what we asked NVS we were either called in a few minutes by Simon who would provide reassurance, feedback and advice on any of our queries or an email detailing what we had asked about previously. Is was so nice to speak to Simon as human interaction really helps these days. Once we had completed the order we were passed over to Lynn and Barbara, whom helped us too and kept us up-to-date through the rest of the process all the way to the delivery. All contact with the company was courteous, prompt and professional. We definitely will be contacting NVS close to the end of our 2 year lease and ask about any deals on lease cars.
