Efficient knowledgeable service from Simon and his team both via email and over the phone. The first car I order was delayed significantly from the original estimated delivery date (owing to COVID); Simon agreed to me cancelling this and taking a different stock vehicle for which I paid an additional £90 on top of the original fee which I felt was reasonable. I would use NVS again.

Fantastic service from all at NVS, from first contact to especially Lynn who carried through the admin. This is the 10th company I've used over the last 20 years and probably the best!! I know price is the main driver, as the car is the commodity but all things considered, the service from NVS was exceptional AND the price was the cheapest, what a combination! I'll certainly be back in touch with them in two years for my replacement vehicle.
