I was kept up to date daily via the Audi app after receiving an order number off Barbara, the brand new A6 Black Edition was on my drive within 15 days of ordering, just couldn't fault the price, efficiency and communication off NVS along with the very pleasant demeanour of Lynn I am absolutely delighted. Impressed isn't a strong enough word for the efficiency here - people are quick to write bad reviews when they receive bad service but credit where credit is due all I received was total efficiency without any fuss.
